Escapelle (in Ciryllic : Эскапел) is the birth control medication preventing pregnancy after unprotected sex.
Each tablet contains 1.5mg of Levonorgestrel.
Levonorgestrel should be taken orally at 1.5 mg (1 tab.) as soon as possible, but not later than 72 hours after unprotected sex (the effectiveness of emergency contraception at the delayed use of the drug is substantially reduced). If vomiting occurred within 3 hours after administration of Escapelle - the drug must be re-taken at a dose of 1.5 mg (1 tab.).
Escapelle (Levonorgestrel) may be used at any time of the menstrual cycle.

After taking Escapelle until the next menstrual period should apply local barrier methods of contraception (eg, condoms). It is not recommended to use Escapelle again during the same menstrual cicle due to increased frequency of acyclic spotting / bleeding.
