Retinalamin is available as a lyophilizate for injections intramuscular, parabulbar. Manufactured by GeroPharm (Russia)

Dosing and administration

Adults :

With diabetic retinopathy, central retinal dystrophy of inflammatory and traumatic genesis, central and peripheral taperotorhinal abiotrophy : 5-10 mg / day. The course of treatment is 5-10 days; if necessary, repeat after 3-6 months.
With compensated primary open-angle glaucoma : 5 mg / day.
In the rehabilitation postoperative period of rhegmatogenous and traumatic retinal detachment : parabulbar at 5 mg / day. The course of treatment is 10 days.
When myopic disease : parabulbar 5 mg / day. The course of treatment is 10 days. It is recommended to combinate Retinalamin with angioprotective and group B vitamins.
Retnalamin lyophilizate should be dissolved in 1-2 ml of water for injection, 0.9% solution of sodium chloride or 0.5% solution of procaine (novocain), directing the needle to the wall of the vial to avoid foaming.

Children 1-5 years old

With central retinal dystrophy of inflammatory and traumatic genesis, central and peripheral taperotorhinal abiotrophy - 2.5 mg / day.

Children 6-18 years old

With central retinal dystrophy of inflammatory and traumatic genesis, central and peripheral taperotorhinal abiotrophy - 2.5-5 mg / day. Retnalamin lyophilizate should be dissolved in 1-2 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution, directing the needle to the wall of the vial to avoid foaming. The course of treatment is 10 days; if necessary, repeat after 3-6 months.

Retinalamin should be strored at a temperature of no higher than 25 ° C.
