ATP [ Sodium adenosine triphosphate ]

Solution for intravenous administration 1% 1 ml x10 ampoules

Indications :

  • Complex therapy of muscular dystrophy and atrophy
  • for arresting paroxysms of supraventricular tachycardia
  • with spasms of peripheral vessels (intermittent claudication, Raynaud's disease, thromboangiitis obliterans)
  • With central, peripheral and mixed forms of hereditary retinal pigment degeneration


ATP contraindications :

Individual hypersensitivity to the drug, acute myocardial infarction, arterial hypotension, severe forms of bradyarrhythmia, AV-II-III degree blockade, decompensated stage of heart failure, cardiogenic shock and other types of shock, QT prolongation syndrome, hemorrhagic stroke; inflammatory lung diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (for example, bronchial asthma); pregnancy, lactation, child age. It can not be administered simultaneously with cardiac glycosides in large doses.
